TravelDesk Expands Its Reach with the opening of a new office in Milan

A strategic step to get closer to clients and embrace new opportunities in Italy’s economic capital.

Founded in 1991, TravelDesk has always had its roots in Genoa, a city whose strategic coastal location and status as Italy’s largest port have been fundamental to the company’s growth, particularly in the maritime travel sector. Now, TravelDesk is ready to write a new chapter in its history: the opening of an office in Milan in September 2024.

Milan represents the hub of innovation and business in Italy, as well as home to many of the companies TravelDesk collaborates with. The opening of an office in the city allows the company to be closer to its clients and suppliers, strengthening existing relationships and creating new opportunities.

The city is also one of the leading centers for the events and communication sector. This new office enables TravelDesk to expand its offerings in the MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Congress, Exhibition) sector, responding even more effectively to the market’s needs.

The new office, currently staffed by five team members, is just the beginning. The company plans to grow further, both in Milan and Genoa, during a period of favorable expansion and new challenges.

This new chapter marks an exciting moment in TravelDesk’s history: an opportunity to consolidate its tradition of delivering exceptional travel and event solutions, adapting to market transformations, and looking to the future with enthusiasm.
