- Assists the company, when necessary, in developing a travel policy.
- Establishes corporate agreements with airlines, hotel partnerships, and preferential rates with railway companies and car rental services to generate significant savings for the client.
- Keeps the company informed about savings performance and lost savings, reasons for rejected best fares, and penalties for cancellations, reissues, and refunds.
