After a selection process lasting nearly a year among 200 competitors, the final round of the contest promoted by Vandemoortele is an intense challenge among the 8 finalists, hosted by Valentina Scarnecchia in partnership with Radio 105. The winner is chosen by a jury that includes Michelin-starred chef Felix Lo Basso, chef and TV host Andrea Mainardi, and the coordinator of Ristoranti magazine, Roberto Barat, alongside a popular jury of 16 influencers and bartenders. In the first phase, the finalists recreate and present their sandwiches. The grand finale between the top two contestants is a technical challenge led by Michelin-starred chef Felix Lo Basso.
